Mechanical machine type for filling PET bottles, GLASS bottles, CANS. The filling of any kind of carbonated liquid, total sanitizer, quickly change format bottle, low maintenance, filling system for every needs, are the main characteristics of our Isobaric machine. Due to the special valve of the filler and the ISO BEER regulation system it is particularly suitable to fill carbonated products in the presence of foam. Used for Beer and craft beers. The bottle enter into the screw and remain guided to the exit of the capper, avoiding contact with other bottles, considerably lowering the noise factor and maintaining it adequate to current standards. The machine can be done in version FREE STANDING, MULTIBLOCK or CORNERBLOK up 4 types of closure.

Disc separators from Huading Separator are designed especially for liquid-based applications. Using centrifugal force, they separate substances and solids from liquids. They are equally as effective at separating liquid mixtures at the same time as removing solids.

| Drive Mechanism | The rotating assembly is driven by an inverter controlled electric motor and a belt or gear driven spindle assembly coupled to the motor. The rotation speed is adjusted through the control panel. Anti-vibration mounts are fitted to the base frame which is bolted to floor to reduce vibration and noise. |
